CHIEF COMPLAINT:  c/o dimness of vision started in left eye since August 2021 & now loss of vision in left eye in 2024. Vision is affected more on left eye compared to right eye. She has loss of vision observed after getting covid 19 vaccinations, where she has suffered with high grade fever. C/o scattered light in left eye with presence of floaters in both eyes.

PRESENTING ILLNESS:  A 24 years old female presented with history dimness of vision since August 2021. C/o loss of vision is more on left eye compared to left eye is normal. She had visited to various eye hospitals in past and got evaluated for her current eye problem. There she has been diagnosed with left eye optic neuritis for which no current treatment is available. Everything about experimental nature of stem cells & Exosomes Rx has been explained to her along with her parents and she has given a written consent for undergoing experimental stem cells & exosome therapy.
