CHIEF COMPLAINT: Difficulty in walking, weakness in legs and arms, Speaking & breathing difficulty.

PRESENTING ILLNESS: 61 years old male, with history of progressive weakness in lower limbs & speech difficulty since January 2023. Later on he developed weakness in arms primarily in left upper limb. Breathing difficulty started 3 months back. Conservative / Medical management is going on in consultation with Neurologist@ Salem / Nimhans, Bangalore. Physiotherapy is going on. Currently he is taking Tab Riluzole 50mg twice a day. Patient, his wife (Mrs. Emilda Mary) & brother (Mr. Philomin Doss) wish to undergo Stem cell therapy (Umbilical cord derived MSCs) for his problem.
