PRESENTING ILLNESS: 58 years old male patient presented with history of pains in both feet for 10 years along with pains in both hands for 8 years. Diagnosis / management is going on in consultation with Neurologists/ Doctors at Kaiser Centre at Stockton California. Currently conservative / medical management is going on in USA. He takes Gabapentin 3000-3600 mg along with Pregabalin 300 mg/ day Patient and his wife wish to go for stem cell and exosomes therapy for his problem.
