53 years old male patient from India for Bulbar onset ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis)
CHIEF COMPLAINT: Difficulty in speaking, Difficulty in swallowing liquids and solids.
PRESENTING ILLNESS: 53 years old male, with history of speech difficulty since February 2023. Later on, he developed progressive swallowing difficulty initially for liquids later for solids. Medical / Conservative management is going on in consultation with Neurologists at SMS Hospital, Jaipur. Consults were taken at other hospitals too. Physiotherapy & Speech therapy is going on. Currently he is taking Tab Riluzole 50mg twice a day and Tab Remylin D once a day. Patient and his relatives (Son, & wife) wish to undergo Stem cell therapy (Umbilical cord derived MSCs) for his problem
