PRESENTING ILLNESS:  51 years old female patient presented with history of bilateral optic neuropathy since August 2022. She was operated for ACOM aneurysm in august 2022 at Apollo Hospital, Lucknow. Craniotomy and clipping of Aneurysm was done in August 2022. VEP was done which showed optic neuropathy. Currently Conservative management is going on in consultation with Neurologist, Neurosurgeon, Psychiatrist and Ophthalmologist. Patient and her family husband and children) wish to go for stem Cell therapy (Mesenchymal stem cells) for her problem.
