PRESENTING ILLNESS:

39 years old male patient presented with history of right MCA territory infarct on 23/11/2023 Mechanical Thrombectomy was done at Yashoda hospital, Hyderabad. Conservative / medical management is going in consultation with Neurologist. On medication now. Physiotherapy is going on too. He and his wife wish to go for stem cell therapy for his problem
