PRESENTING ILLNESS:

37 years old female with history of blurring of vision in both eyes numbness in both lower limbs, started with blurring of vision in left eye in July 2023 She is undergoing medical management in consultation with Neurologist in Kolkata Patient, her mother and brother (Mr. Simon Regmi) wish her to undergo Stem cell therapy (Umbilical cord derived MSCs) for her problem.
