CHIEF COMPLAINT: Diminution in visual acuity

PRESENTING ILLNESS: 22 years old female patient, with history of progressive diminution of vision for past 10 years. Started in both eyes simultaneously. She is able to perceive only light in the both eyes for past 3 years. She has consulted multiple ophthalmic surgeons for the same. Medical management / conservative treatment is going on. Patient, her father and brother wish to undergo stem cell therapy for her problem.
