17 years old male patient from USA for Neuromuscular Disease (Myopathy)
CHIEF COMPLAINT: Difficulty in walking, weakness in arms.
PRESENTING ILLNESS: 17 years old male, with history of weakness in lower limbs, incoordination while walking, weakness in upper limbs since 2011. Gradually Progressive. He was seen by Neuromuscular Physician, Cardiologist, Orthopedic surgeon, Respiratory Physician, Neurologist in USA & India. Conservative management is going on in consultation with Physicians at Cincinnati Children’s hospital, Ohio. Physiotherapy is going on. Currently he is taking Tab Cyproheptadine 4 mg twice a day. Patient, his mother and Grandfather wish to undergo Stem cell therapy for his problem
