Too Much Salt: A higher amount of salt could also lead to an elevation in blood pressure, which is detrimental to eye health.
Refined Carbs: Refined carbs such as white bread, pastries, and white rice can raise our blood sugar, making it easier for AMD to deteriorate.
Trans Fats: foods in margarine, fast food, and baked goods damage eyes and blood vessels.
